Modules

Classroom Module

Corefulness Classroom is easy to introduce into the curriculum and requires no extra teaching

  • 4 minutes long; best done at the start of morning and start of afternoon sessions
  • self-explanatory and easy to follow with an 11 year old boy demonstrating
  • accessed directly from the Corefulness® website

Big Moves Module

The Big Moves module is either teacher led or followed from the video

  • 5 minutes long, containing 4 or 5 simple exercises for the children to follow
  • shown 3 times a week
  • progressed each term

PE Module

The PE warm-up for Primary Schools is teacher led and 

  • Is specific to an age group
  • Teaches stretches and muscle activation ready for sport

The Running module for Primary Schools is teacher led and teaches

  • The mechanics behind improving speed and efficiency
  • How to minimise injury
  • Warm up programmes
