Corefulness® is an awareness of your core muscles throughout functional activities of the day. Work through this simple six week Corefulness® Foundation programme and then decide how you are going to incorporate Corefulness® into your life.

The Corefulness® Foundation programme can be done anywhere, as you progress through the weeks you will see how you will be encouraged to use the muscles when you are sitting, standing and walking in everyday life… anywhere.

Try to complete your exercises in one sitting, at least 3 times a week.
