The Corefulness® Running programme is divided into three sections: 

  1. Corefulness® Active Module: The Active Module teaches you how to improve running style to maximise efficiency and reduce injury. 
  2. Corefulness® Evolve Module: The Evolve Module consists of ten minute, running specific, warm up regimes to keep muscles stretched, strengthened and balanced for running. 
  3. Corefulness® Marathon and Half Marathon training plans are included which incorporate the Corefulness® regime.  Therefore you have access to stretching, strengthening and conditioning programmes to support your training.  Download below.

Consider completing the Corefulness® Foundation Programme, alongside or before starting the Corefulness® Running. This will ensure you have a good understanding of the four key core muscles and how to use them.
